Terms and Conditions
By booking or using services from All in One Aussie Cleaning, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided across Brisbane and surrounding areas and may be updated without prior notice.
General Service Terms
- Access Fees:
Additional charges may apply for properties above ground level without elevator access. - Utilities Requirement:
The property must have active water and electricity. Without these, our service guarantee will be void. - Vacated Premises:
The property must be fully vacated before the cleaning service begins. Items left behind may limit the scope of cleaning and void warranty coverage. - Lost or Discarded Items:
We are not responsible for personal belongings left on-site that are considered waste and disposed of during cleaning.
Service Day Protocol
- Property Access:
If you are not present, you must arrange access (key, lockbox, or agent coordination). - Client Availability:
You must remain reachable by phone during the service for any urgent communication or approvals.
Quotation & Pricing
- Initial Quotes:
Quotes are based on the information provided and may change after on-site inspection. - Revised Quotes:
Any pricing adjustments will be communicated before work begins. Service will proceed only after your approval. - Non-Acceptance:
If a revised quote is declined, service guarantees may not apply.
Service Guarantee
- Rectification Period:
Any issues related to our cleaning checklist must be reported within 7 days of service completion to qualify for a free re-clean. - Exclusions:
Our guarantee does not cover:- Permanent damage
- Mold
- Pre-existing stains or wear and tear
Additional Costs
- Extra Services:
Services such as external window cleaning, wall washing, and appliance detailing are not included unless specified and will incur additional charges. - Special Conditions:
Factors such as pet presence, long-term vacancy, or furnished properties may affect final pricing. - Parking & Accessibility:
Any paid parking, restricted access, or special entry requirements may result in extra fees.
Carpet Cleaning Terms
- Standard Service:
Includes general dirt and light stain removal. - Limitations:
Deep stains, heavy soiling, or damage may require additional treatment and are not guaranteed to be fully removed.
Code of Conduct
- Zero Tolerance Policy:
Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff will result in immediate service termination without refund.

- Coverage:
Applicable for end-of-lease cleaning services completed according to our checklist. - Re-Clean Policy:
If your landlord or property manager raises cleaning-related issues within 7 days, we will return to fix them within 48 hours at no extra cost. - Exclusions:
This guarantee does not cover:- Pre-existing damage
- Permanent stains
- Maintenance or repair-related issues
No Refund Policy
- Strict Policy:
We do not offer refunds or partial refunds once the cleaning service has been completed. - Instead, we provide multiple re-cleans if required to meet property manager or client expectations.
Payment & Cancellation
- Payment Terms:
Full payment must be made before the service begins. - Booking Fee:
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. - Cancellations:

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, or emergencies.
Photography Consent
- Image Usage:
We may take photos before, during, and after service for quality control and marketing purposes. - Opt-Out Option:
If you do not wish to have your property photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to the service.
