No Refund After Service Completion
- Completed Services:
Once a cleaning service has been completed at your property in Brisbane, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. - Scope of Work:
All services are carried out based on the agreed scope at the time of booking. Any additional services requested after completion are not eligible for refunds.
Free Re-Clean Guarantee (Brisbane Customers)
We stand by our work and offer a free re-clean if you’re not satisfied:
- Eligibility:
Re-clean requests must be submitted within 7 days of your service date. - Process:
Contact our Brisbane support team via phone or email with details of the issue. We will arrange a re-clean promptly at a convenient time.
Cancellations & Pre-Service Refunds
- More than 48 Hours Notice:
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of any prepayment. - Less than 48 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable, as resources and staff are already allocated.
Compliance with Local Standards
This refund policy is designed in accordance with general service practices applicable in Queensland. It does not override any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
