Booking Changes & Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to modify or cancel your booking:
- Minimum Notice: Please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service

Cancellation Charges
To cover operational costs and team scheduling:
- Less than 48 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee may be charged
- Same-Day Cancellation: Higher charges may apply depending on the situation
- No Access / No-Show:
If our team arrives and cannot access the property (e.g., locked premises, incorrect address, or no response), a service fee may be applied
Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Available for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method
Rescheduling
We’re happy to reschedule your cleaning service at no extra cost (subject to availability), provided sufficient notice is given. Early communication ensures better time slot options.
Exceptional Situations
We understand that unexpected events can occur (emergencies, illness, etc.). In such cases:
